Fumigation products are sensitive and require special delivery requirements. Sellers with fumigation products listed on Lexikon Store must adhere to the following transport requirements.

The Fire Safety Act (FSA) regulates the transportation of petroleum and flammable materials. The petroleum and flammable materials transportation license is to ensure that the transportation is carried out in a safe manner and that proper fire safety measures / procedures are undertaken by the licensee to ensure safety environment. In general, the FSA requires the transportation vehicle used to be certified, the transportation emergency response plan been approved and the drivers of road vehicles transporting any class of petroleum and flammable materials to hold a valid Hazardous Material Transportation Driver Permit (HTDP) to drive the vehicle. Any person who wishes to transport petroleum or flammable materials must obtain a license for each vehicle that is used for such transportation. The transportation of petroleum and flammable materials is to be carried out within approved hours and along approved routes.

Dispute

We want you to buy with confidence however we acknowledge disputes between buyers and sellers will occasionally occur. When this happens buyers should first contact sellers directly to try to find a solution. If the parties cannot resolve their dispute, please contact us or use the Live Chat for urgent assistance. You will need to provide Verification Details and the Order Transaction Number. All disputes will need to be submitted within seven days upon receipt of the product.
